Terms and Conditions

1. You agree to allow to link to your website and/or include a screen shot or an image of your design on our website if we so desire.
2. Your blog is to contain at least one visible link with the design credits to the website on the homepage. The client unconditionally guarantees that links back to will remain on the site until such a time that the design is no longer active and available on the Internet. Removal of this link and/or graphic is in violation of this agreement and subject to breach of contract.
3. We work during the Middle East standard Sunday through Thursday business week. If your project's deadline requires a designer to work outside of their normal business hours, a rush fee (30% of the order total) will apply.
4. While we strive to handover deliverables within the quoted deadline, all time frames given are estimates only and may be subject to change.
5. A 50% payment is due before the design is begun; absolutely no work will be done until the initial payment has been made.
6. Orders are put in queue according to when payment is made.
7. accepts a number of payment methods checks, drafts, wire transfers, PayPal.
8. If you decide to cancel your project after we've posted your first set of proofs, your deposit is non-refundable.
9. Final payment is due upon completion of project and before the final material is handed over.
10. Clients will be able to view a watermarked version of the completed project before final dues are settled.
11. The licensing and copyright terms of any image provided to by a client for use in a design remain the sole responsibility of the client.
12. Legal transfer of ownership rights to logo artwork, icon and/or illustration applies only to finalized design. Other unselected 'work product' design material remains the copyright and property of . You may purchase design preliminaries other than your finalised design at additional charges.
